Prepare the ingredients.

The dough can be prepared in a bread machine if you have the equipment at hand. First, combine the melted butter and milk.

Add sugar, salt, flour and yeast. Send the bucket to the bread machine.

While the dough is being mixed, you can work on the filling. Wash the citrus fruits, rinse them with boiling water and dry them. Cut into small pieces, remove the seeds.

Blend the orange and lemon in a blender or pass them through a meat grinder.
