Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making limonella.

Clean the lemon sole of scales and innards. Fillet it and pat the fish dry.

Grease a 14x20 cm baking dish with vegetable oil. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Spread it evenly on the bottom of the dish.
