
Kiwi Lemonade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you bought kiwis and found them underripe and very sour, don't get upset— you can make a delicious and healthy homemade lemonade from them. For those avoiding sugar, I recommend replacing it with honey or fruit syrups; the drink will become even tastier. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare two convenient glasses right away. Wash and dry the lemon thoroughly. Slice half of it into thin rounds, and squeeze the juice from the other half directly into the glasses. Add some ice to each serving.

Peel the kiwis, slice them into equally thin rounds, distribute them into glasses, and add sugar to taste. The sugar can be previously dissolved in a minimal amount of water to form a syrup, then poured into the glasses.

Pour the ingredients with highly carbonated water.

Using a cocktail spoon with a long handle, lightly crush the lemon slices and stir the drink.
