Description
The drink has a moderately sweet taste and a slightly viscous consistency. The longer it sits, the thicker it becomes. This beverage is perfect for a festive table and can be served as such.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Remove the black chokeberries from the stems. Wash them and shake off the excess water.

Then blend the berries with an immersion blender.

Place the berries in a spacious container, add sugar and star anise. Mix.

Cover with a lid. Place in a dark place for two days.
