Pomegranate liqueur
Description
Choose pomegranates with dry skin for the liqueur. Glossy, bright peel means the pomegranate is not fully ripe. It's best to use sour pomegranates, as this will balance the flavor. The darker the pomegranate seeds, the more vibrant the liqueur will be.
