Description
Libzha can be prepared using lamb, beef, or chicken. The more onion you use, the tastier it will be. If desired, the finished dish can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh herbs.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the chicken and cut it into portion pieces. Place them in a pot.

Add 50 grams of peeled onion and peeled carrot to the pot with the chicken.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove the foam from the surface, reduce the heat to minimum, and cook the chicken until done. The time depends on the chicken meat, but usually it takes about one hour.

Remove the chicken from the broth and place it in a clean saucepan. Peel the garlic and grate it finely. Add the garlic to the chicken and mix well. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 40 minutes. Strain the broth.

Peel the remaining onion and finely chop it. Place the butter in a pan, heat it, and add the chopped onion.

Sauté the onion, stirring, over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, until cooked.

Add the sifted flour to the frying pan.
