
Summer tiramisu with strawberries
Description
You can prepare the cream for this dessert using only mascarpone, without cream, making the tiramisu less caloric. You can add a bit of strawberry to the cream to give it a delicate pink color. For topping, use powdered sugar or cocoa powder.

1. Wash and clean the strawberries, setting aside one-third for decorating the dessert. Chop the remaining strawberries into small pieces of arbitrary size. Transfer the chopped strawberries to a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar, add lemon juice, and place in the refrigerator to allow the berry juice to form.

2. Using an electric mixer, first beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add the mascarpone and whip together.

3. Separately whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

4. Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone, gently folding it in with a spatula from the bottom up. The cream should turn out light and of a uniform consistency.

5. Prepare a dish with high sides, and cover the bottom with a thin layer of cream to prevent the cookies from sliding. Drain the juice from the strawberries into a small bowl. Then, dip the cookies into the juice...

7. Cover the cookies with a layer of mascarpone cream with whipped cream.

9. Decorate the surface of the dessert with strawberries to your liking and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3 hours before serving.
