Spread pâté on bread — a great, quick breakfast. Pâté keeps in the fridge for several days. Take a pâté sandwich to work; send one with your child to school or on a picnic. For a summery taste, add zucchini.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First of all, we will need: zucchini, chicken eggs, and chicken liver. You can also use turkey liver.
- 2
Step 2

2. First, wash and clean the zucchini. Then slice them into small pieces, peel the onions and dice them into small cubes as well. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat it. Now sauté the diced onion, add it to the skillet and stir. Cook the onion until translucent. Then add the sliced zucchini and begin to stew, stirring occasionally. Stew for about five to seven minutes. The zucchini should be stewed until soft.

Step 3

3. Rinse the chicken livers under running water, and cook them in a small saucepan until done. Hard-boil the chicken eggs. Peel the garlic and melt the butter in a double boiler; you can also leave it in a warm place for half an hour until it becomes completely soft.

Step 4

4. Pass the eggs and liver through a meat grinder; run the zucchini through a meat grinder as well (you can use a blender). Press the garlic with a garlic press. Mix all the ingredients, add oil, ground pepper, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly; the mixture should become uniform. Transfer the finished pâté into a bowl or an enameled pot, cover with a lid, and refrigerate. The pâté is ready.
