
Summer tartlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Crispy and crumbly shortcrust pastry, light and delicate vanilla cream, fragrant and sweet fresh berries with a slight tang, bursting with juice with every bite. You can make these tarts with cream and berries (fresh or frozen) as a dessert to finish off a festive table, or simply treat yourself and your loved ones by serving raspberry tarts with custard cream for breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Prepare the tartlet dough. Mix almond flour, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add wheat flour to the mixture. The dough should have a crumbly texture. Place the dough into a mold and shape it into a tartlet, pricking the bottom with a fork.

2. Bake the cake layers for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

3. Prepare the creamy filling. In a saucepan over heat, mix a tablespoon of flour, a cup of sugar, salt, cream, and egg yolks. Heat the mixture, then cool and thicken it for 2 hours in the freezer.
