Bream on the barbecue
Description
When choosing spices for fish, prefer herbs such as oregano, basil, and mint. Also avoid spices containing salt. If the bream weighs more than 1 kg and you are cooking it during winter, you will need to increase the frying time. Check the fish for doneness by piercing the back; the juice that comes out should be clear.
