Pan-fried kefir flatbreads with herbs
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. A wonderful alternative to pirozhki or store-bought bread. Tasty, tender, and fragrant—everyone will love this bake! The flatbreads are very easy to make and will save you in any situation. From the amounts given I get 4–5 pieces, 18 cm in diameter. Any fresh herbs work for the filling—I used parsley, onion, and dill. If you like, you can add a little grated cheese or sausage. Quick, filling, and very tasty. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
