Flatbreads made with kefir
Description
Kefir flatbreads can be used instead of bread or eaten as they are. If you spread them with butter and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning while still hot, they become absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying this kefir flatbread recipe and see for yourself! If you don't eat them all at once, you can store the kefir flatbreads for quite a long time in a plastic bag.

The finished dough should be quite sticky, do not over-flour it. Add vegetable oil at the end.
- 6
Step 6

Mix everything once again, cover the bowl, and let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Generously flour the work surface, transfer the dough onto it, roll it in the flour, and divide into 8–10 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and roll it in flour again.

Step 8

Roll out each dough ball into a flat round shape, about 5-7 mm thick. You can simply stretch it by hand. Make 1-2 cuts in the center with a knife so that the dough cooks as evenly as possible.

Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown and stack them in a pile.

Step 10

Kefir flatbreads are delicious both warm and cooled.
