Cottage Cheese Flatbreads with Kefir
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. For the filling, it's best to choose a richer cottage cheese; country-style works perfectly. You can also use a paste-like one, but the taste will be different. You can use any seasonal greens, and for aroma add 1–2 cloves of garlic. The given amount of ingredients yields three medium-sized flatbreads; if you wish, you can increase the quantities 2–3 times Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
