
Flatbreads with cheese and ham

Homemade baked goods for tea. Cheesy flatbreads are a great option for breakfast or lunch, and they can easily be taken outdoors for a quick snack. They are very simple to prepare, even a beginner cook can handle them. This recipe is great because it doesn't require much expense, yet the rich cheesy flavor of these flatbreads will appeal to many. Also, they can be fried even without ham.

Add salt, baking soda, and sugar to the kefir. Mix well.

Prepare the remaining ingredients: sift the flour, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and add it to the kefir. Mix well.

The resulting dough should be soft. Divide it into small balls of approximately the same size.

Roll such balls and place a little ham inside, cut into small strips or grated on a coarse grater. Seal the edges like pies, then roll out again with a rolling pin to form a flat pancake.

Place the resulting flatbreads onto a preheated pan with refined oil and fry on both sides under a lid until golden brown.
