Flatbreads with vegetables and Feta cheese
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Tender, light flatbreads with a creamy-vegetable filling and a crispy golden crust taste similar to pizza, but are much quicker and easier to prepare. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cold butter into small cubes. Lightly beat the egg. Combine flour, baking powder, garlic salt, and butter cubes in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients in 3-second intervals until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, you can prepare the dough by hand, using two knives or your fingers, mixing until it reaches a crumbly consistency.

2. Place the prepared dough into a large bowl. Add heavy cream and beaten egg, then knead the dough by hand until a uniform consistency is achieved. Finely chop the green onions. Add them to the feta cheese, fried tomato, and green onions. Gently mix the ingredients to evenly distribute them throughout the dough.
