
Flatbreads with mushrooms and potatoes
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. In addition to the mushroom and potato filling, you can use fish, boiled eggs with green onions, meat, or cheese with herbs. If you don't want to make large flatbreads, make small buns instead. These flatbreads can be eaten hot or cold. Serve with sour cream or without sauce. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Boil the water, then add vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) to it.
