Flatbreads with green onions cooked in a pan
Description
Instead of green onions, you can use any herbs: wild garlic, parsley, dill, cilantro, spinach, as well as cheese or cooked meat. You can eat the pancakes right after frying, but be careful—they are hot. First, transfer the pancakes onto a paper towel to remove excess oil, then serve. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
