Kefir flatbreads in the oven

Description

The baking is simple and quick. This recipe for kefir flatbreads in the oven is perfect for you. The baked goods have a special flavor thanks to two types of cheese used in the dough. Quite a lot of cheese is added into the flatbread. Kefir softens the dough, making it light and airy. These flatbreads are especially good for breakfast. You can enjoy them with herbs or with tea—the choice depends on the type of cheese selected. By the way, if the cheese is salty, it's better not to add salt to the flour. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Place it on a baking sheet (you can also use the same silicone mat). Flatten the dough with your fingers into a patty about 1 cm thick. Using the tip of a sharp knife, cut the patty into 8 pieces. Then repeat the same steps with the second part of the dough.
