Baked flatbreads in the oven
Description
Most flatbreads are fried in a pan, but these are baked in the oven. You can use regular wheat flour or rye flour. The flatbreads make an excellent substitute for bread, so they can be served with main courses and side dishes, or spread with butter or cream cheese. The baking is done. Serve at the table.
