Fried flatbreads (made with kefir)
Description
Today, many people are switching from store-bought baked goods to homemade ones. However, baking bread takes time—for kneading the dough and baking. These flatbreads, on the other hand, can be made in less than an hour. You can enhance the basic recipe with herbs, cheese, aromatic spices, and seasonings. Serve the flatbreads hot or at room temperature. The baking is complete. Serve at the table.
