1. This simple yeast-free flatbread recipe will be a hit with all lovers of homemade baked goods. To prepare this flatbread, pour kefir into a deep bowl and dissolve baking soda in it. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, sift the flour and add salt to it. Gradually add the flour to the kefir, stirring constantly. The dough should be moderately thick and elastic. Once the dough is ready, cover it with a towel and let it rest for about 30-35 minutes.

3. The dough may slightly stick to your hands, so be prepared for that. To make handling easier, wet your hands with water or coat them with vegetable oil. It's better not to use a rolling pin when shaping the flatbread, but to do it by hand. Place the dough onto a baking sheet, which can be lightly greased beforehand. Carefully press it with your hands to form a flatbread, making it as even as possible.

4. Place the ready-made flatbread in a well-preheated oven. Bake for 7-10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
