Flatbread with bran, cheese, and herbs
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This flatbread can be served instead of bread or morning sandwiches. You can top it with hard, processed, or cream cheese, and as for herbs, green onions, familiar dill and parsley, as well as cilantro, basil, or other greens will work well. Serve the flatbread warm (but not hot) or cooled. Perfect with tea.
