Lazy peach and cottage cheese cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For best results, use soft, non-sour cottage cheese to achieve a smooth texture. If fresh peaches aren't available, use canned ones for the cake. Decorate the top of the dessert with peaches, chocolate, mint, apricots, or nuts. Serve chilled.
