Lazy cabbage pie
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. For making a lazy cabbage pie, you can use fresh white cabbage, stewed cabbage, or even sauerkraut. I enjoy the combination of cabbage and herbs, so I also add coriander, parsley, sometimes basil and dill. The dough is prepared very quickly and should have a consistency similar to low-fat sour cream. Serve with tea or coffee.
