Lazy stuffed peppers
Description
In our family, we love this version of "stuffed" peppers even more than the classic one. The peppers not only infuse the rice with their aroma, but also turn out tender and juicy. And it's easy to prepare.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the vegetables and herbs. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Peel the onion and carrots.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the pepper into strips, the carrots and onion into cubes, and the tomatoes into slices.
- 3
Step 3

I will cook not in a cauldron, but in a multicooker using the "Baking" mode. Sauté the carrots in heated oil until golden brown. Add onion and pepper, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

If the rice is not parboiled, it should be rinsed in cold water and drained in a colander. Then heat it in a hot skillet with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 5

Add steamed rice, salt, and ground pepper to taste to the multicooker bowl, then mix. Place the meat mixture and tomato slices on top. Pour in boiling water. Close the lid. Cook for 30 minutes.
