Lazy vareniki with cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Lazy cheese vareniki are very tasty and simple to make, requiring no special effort. I'd only advise beating the dough well, but do it by hand—avoid using a mixer or especially a blender. The best option is to use a whisk or an ordinary fork. You can cut the dough rope into pieces any way you like, but from experience, I know that cutting them as shown in the photo is the best option. They look more interesting this way and therefore seem tastier and more appetizing. It's very important to start stirring the vareniki from the very first second of cooking, otherwise they may stick to the bottom of the pot and you won't be able to detach them at all. When serving, you can add olive oil in addition to honey and cream. I wish you... The ready dish can be served at the table.
