Description

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making lazy dumplings according to the Dukan diet. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, place over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Add starch to the bowl with cottage cheese.

Grind the bran and place it in a bowl with the cottage cheese, starch, and egg. Mix everything well until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes.
