Lazy patties with filling

Description

You can make lazy filled pirozhki for a snack or for any holiday table. Either way, this appetizer disappears in an instant. The filling can of course be all kinds of different things; I’m sharing our family’s favourite — with boiled sausage and cheese. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Combine and mix. The filling is ready.

    Spread the lavash with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the filling, leaving a small gap from one edge.

    Roll the lavash into a tight roll.

    Cut into pieces about 2 cm wide.

    Dip each piece in beaten egg and place on the preheated oiled pan cut side down.
