
Lazy meat buns
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. Sauté the meat filling with onion, bell pepper, tomato paste or ajvar, and spices. Cut the lavash into squares and place filling on each. Roll them up and fry in oil. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add raw minced meat to the skillet. Quickly break the pieces apart and, stirring, cook until the meat turns pale. The meat will slightly set and become light in color. Pour in water or broth, continue breaking up the chunks, and cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Add chopped onion to the minced meat. Quickly mix and simmer for 5 minutes. If you start the entire filling preparation process with onions, you'll end up with a dry filling and caramelized onions.

Now add the lecho. Lecho is a salad made from a large amount of bell peppers stewed in tomato juice with vegetables. If you don't have lecho, you can use fresh bell peppers and a bit of tomato paste, adding it to the filling along with a little water. The vegetables will cook quickly.

Cut the lavash into large strips. Place the filling on part of the strip.

Fry this lazy dumpling on both sides in vegetable oil and serve with sour cream.
