At least, it instantly became a classic for me the very first time I made them. The result is a delicious and extremely appetizing-looking roll that immediately makes everyone at home drool! So let me tell you how to make lazy mantu in a multicooker—do give it a try. Serve hot.

    1. Let's knead the dough. Sift the flour, crack the egg into the center, add vegetable oil and salt, start mixing, gradually pouring in water. Knead a firm but elastic dough.
