These fragrant, hearty flatbreads turn out tender and very tasty! There’s no need to make the dough and filling separately. Simply mix all the ingredients and spread them in the pan. Fast, simple, and delicious—the bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine the milk, egg, and salt.

Add flour and baking powder.

Heat the skillet and grease it with oil. Pour in half the batch of batter (my skillet is 22 cm in diameter), cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for about 10–15 minutes. The top should set and the bottom should turn golden brown.
