Lazy khachapuri with cheese in a skillet on kefir

20 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

This recipe will not take much time. For cooking, any cheese that melts well and can be grated will do. You can use several kinds of cheese at the same time. If your cheese is quite salty, reduce the amount of salt in the recipe. Instead of kefir you can use buttermilk or sour cream that is not too thick—anything that has been languishing in your fridge. Khachapuri from this recipe are good with tea, and you can also serve them with any hot dishes as an alternative to bread. Very tasty, budget-friendly, and easy! Give them a try. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
