Lazy khachapuri with kefir
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. You can use absolutely any cheese for making it; today my recipe uses Adyghe cheese. The bake is tender, fragrant, and very tasty—it will please both children and adults. Khachapuri can be served as a main dish, a snack, or everyday bread; people make it for holidays and on ordinary days. The flatbread is eaten both cold and hot, depending on how it was prepared.

And now comes the most interesting part—baking! For cooking it’s better to choose pans with a nonstick coating, but a regular pan will work too; the important thing is to grease it well. Pour some batter onto the well-heated surface, cover with a lid, and bake over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then flip and repeat the process.
