Lazy cabbage rolls with broccoli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Traditionally, stuffed cabbage rolls consist of cabbage leaves filled with a rice and meat mixture. However, chefs consider this dish highly versatile, as cabbage leaves can be used to wrap a wide variety of ingredients. But that's not all. I suggest trying an alternative version of the classic recipe—lazy cabbage rolls—where all the ingredients are finely chopped, mixed together, and then stewed, or shaped into patties and simmered in your favorite sauce. Let's also add broccoli, a beloved vegetable, to the filling. You can use any type of minced meat you prefer—there's even a fish version. As for broccoli, it speaks for itself: a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants. This delicious combination works perfectly for both festive occasions and weekday meals. Serve hot.
