Lazy buns
Description
Lazy buns are made from yeast-free dough with apples added. They turn out soft with a thin, crispy crust. For your bake to taste great, add the flour in batches when kneading the dough. Because flour varies in gluten content, you may need more or less of it. Aim for a thick, non-runny, sticky consistency. The dough should cling well to the spoon.
