Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The longest part is waiting for it to set; everything else takes no more than 20 minutes. We need powdered, fast-setting jelly. The amount of water is based on the jelly I used. You, however, should take half of the indicated amount. The sour cream must be natural and thick, as this will affect the dessert's lightness. Adjust sweetness to your taste, but use powdered sugar. The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the jelly. Stir until dissolved and cool.

Add condensed milk and beat the mixture into a foam.
