Lazy Zucchini Caviar
Description
The point of lazy zucchini caviar is that you don't need to stew the vegetables in a pan and stir them constantly. You chop them — as you would in any recipe — place them in a bag or a baking sleeve, and forget about them for 30–35 minutes. Then you take them out, blend them for a minute, and that's it. Fragrant, tender, healthy, and delicious zucchini caviar is ready. Serve with herbs and sauce.
