Lazy achma in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked dish for the whole family. This easy achma made in a multicooker at home is simple and quick to prepare! To be honest, I'm a cheese lover, so I always have plenty of it on hand. But even if you only have Dutch cheese and some "Druzhba"-style cheese spread at home, don't hesitate to cook—it will still turn out delicious! Follow this simple recipe, the baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Instructions

    Step 1

    1. First, mix the beaten eggs with kefir and spices for the filling. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, then lay one lavash flat so that the edges hang over. Place feta and brined cheese on top, slightly mashing them with a fork. Pour in half of the filling, then tear the remaining lavash into pieces and add them on top.

    2. We "soak" the lavash in the kefir mixture. Then chop it up and add all the remaining cheese.

    3. Now simply tuck the overhanging edges of the lavash inward and pour the remaining kefir mixture over the dish. Bake in "Baking" mode for 35-40 minutes.

    4. If you want your achma to be golden brown, carefully flip the dish upside down in the multicooker after about 20 minutes of cooking and continue cooking for the same amount of time. Then cut into squares and serve!
