Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. If you have never baked Leningrad chebureki before and have been using your own recipe, I still recommend making them. I guarantee they will turn out delicious. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour water, milk, and vegetable oil into the saucepan. Add butter, salt, and sugar. Heat until boiling.

Pour the flour into the mixing bowl, make a well in it, pour in the hot mixture of milk and water. Knead the dough.

Transfer the dough into a bag and let it rest for 1 hour.

Pour kefir or milk into the seasoned ground meat, mix well.

Roll half of the dough into a sausage shape, put the rest in a bag, and cut the dough into pieces.

Roll out the dough into a thin flatbread, you don't need to dust the table with flour, the dough doesn't stick. Place the filling on one end of the flatbread.

Fold back the end of the flatbread, cut it with a special knife. Pinch the edge well with your hands or a fork.

Prepare the chebureks for frying. Heat the pan well.

Fry the chebureks in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil until they are cooked through on both sides.
