Liege waffles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Liège waffles are famous Belgian waffles with a crispy caramelized crust and a soft, chewy interior. They are made from yeast dough with coarse sugar added, which gives them their characteristic caramel flavour when baked. They go wonderfully with morning coffee or a cup of cocoa. You can also serve them with tea or coffee.
