
Light in sauce
Description
For you, a classic recipe for preparing lungs in sauce. There's nothing complicated about the cooking process. Boil the lungs until done, then simmer over medium heat with a glass of water, lard, bay leaf, and salt. Then add sour cream, onion, and thyme; season with salt and pepper. As a sauce for this dish, I used my favorite adjika—it turned out very tasty.

Boil the washed lung until cooked, 45-50 minutes.

Remove the films and tubes, cut into cubes.

Transfer the meat to a pan and simmer, adding a glass of water, lard, bay leaf, and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.

You can season with black and red pepper. Add the onion sliced into rings, sour cream, and thyme. Mix everything and simmer until the onion is cooked.

At the very end, add the adjika, mix well, and after 5 minutes remove from the heat. That's it, ready!
