Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the egg thoroughly. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.

Beat the egg yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.

Break the chocolate into pieces, mix with the cream, and melt over a double boiler.

All that's left is to combine everything into one. Whip the ryazhenka slightly with a mixer. Then add the sweetened yolk and whip again. Add the chocolate and whip once more. Finally, add the egg white. I use a mixer, but you can fold it in with a spatula.

Place the silicone molds on small boards for easy handling. Carefully pour the mixture into the silicone molds and put them in the freezer for 5-6 hours. I chose these half-sphere molds.
