Light breakfast
Description
If you're watching your figure but occasionally allow yourself small sweet treats, you can top our yogurt with mix-ins in jars with crushed chocolate cookies, wafers, or chocolate shavings. You can also add any sweet sauces to taste.
Instructions

Step 1
For serving breakfast, I use well-known "Mason jars." However, any transparent jars or cups with a capacity of about 250 ml will work.
- 2
Step 2
For the first option, I pour 50 ml of yogurt into a jar, add 0.5 spoon of chia seeds, then more yogurt, some granola, and another layer of yogurt. On top, I place a spoonful each of blueberries and diced mango. You can add a little liquid honey to the yogurt to taste.

Step 3
For the second option, place yogurt, chia, and granola at the bottom in the same way. Then layer a spoonful of peanut butter and pumpkin puree on top.

Step 4
And in another version of such a breakfast, apple puree (you can use baby food apple puree) is layered on top of the yogurt with seeds and granola, and optionally sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon and coconut flakes.

Step 5
For convenience, I leave the filled jars in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, the chia seeds and granola will absorb the liquid, and in the morning you'll only need to take out your light breakfast and enjoy it.
