Light cottage cheese cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This simple cream complements your cream puffs, sponge cakes, and eclairs perfectly. You can fill a pastry bag with it and use it to decorate your favorite desserts. Additionally, it works great as a filling between cake layers. I also love combining this cream with tart flavors, such as cranberry and cherry. Serve chilled.
