Light cake
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The cake is very easy and quick to make, and the cocoa gives it a special flavor and appearance. The cake is prepared without adding butter or margarine, so it's light and fluffy. You can prepare a creamy frosting or chocolate glaze and spread it on top (or simply dust with powdered sugar). Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add the sugar. Whisk everything with a whisk until white foam appears.

2. Add flour portion by portion, mixing each time, then add baking soda neutralized with vinegar. Then add cocoa powder and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared chocolate mixture into the bowl and smooth it out. Set the "Baking" mode and cook until the sound signal. Do not remove the finished cake immediately; let it sit for a few minutes, then take it out and slice.
