Light pastries
Description
Meringue is a very simple dessert to prepare if you have a good oven and a mixer to whip the eggs. The main challenge is to ensure the desserts don't burn or become sticky inside. Nuts will add a very pleasant flavor and a subtle aroma to the meringues. Serve with tea or coffee.
