
Lungs fried in a pan
Description
An excellent side dish would be white rice and a fresh vegetable salad. This dish has a rather spicy flavor, so to avoid spiciness, follow the same recipe but simply omit the chili pepper.

Boil beef lungs in salted water with bay leaves until cooked, then slice them into thin strips. Set aside and let them cool.

Marinate the prepared beef lungs for 30 minutes (or longer). The marinade consists of turmeric, chili powder, and ginger paste, salt to taste. Add sugar.

Add chili pepper and simmer over low heat. Fry the beef lungs, then set them aside.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the spice mixture until fragrant, then add the chopped tomatoes together with the finely chopped garlic. Stir the mixture.

Then add the beef again. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
