Icefish in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Delicious fish with a pleasant shrimp flavor that doesn't disappear during cooking. Preparing this fish is very easy, and it's unlikely you'll spoil it. I suggest a recipe for cooking saury fish in a multicooker. 1. The good thing about this fish is that it has no scales, so there's no need to clean it. Cut off the heads, if present. Rinse the fish thoroughly and cut into pieces. 2. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Sauté the onion in the "frying" mode. 3. Place the fish pieces on top of the sautéed onion, then season with salt and pepper. 4. Grate the cheese and mix it with the cream. 5. Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the fish. 6. Close the multicooker lid, set it to the "stewing" mode, and set the cooking time to 25 minutes. That's it! Wait for the signal indicating the cooking is complete, then take out the delicious saury fish cooked in the multicooker. Serve hot.
