Description

A canning recipe without unnecessary fuss. Using this lecho recipe in a multi-cooker, you will make 3 half-liter jars of lecho. If you need more, increase the ingredients proportionally, but remember that a multi-cooker is not bottomless :) This appetizer is tasty, moderately spicy, and rich in vitamins. Lecho will complement any dish, work as a full side, or serve as a base for sauce. Serve it at the table or keep it in the pantry.
