
Lecho with Beans for Winter
Description
Perfect for stocking up for winter. This is a classic recipe for making lecho with beans for the winter. All you will need: beans, tomatoes, peppers, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and vinegar. You can make it with any beans, but white beans work best. From these ingredients you can prepare about 5 liters of delicious lecho. Good luck. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

Soak the beans overnight, then boil until tender.

Rinse well.

Grind the tomatoes through a meat grinder or with a blender.

Pour the tomatoes into a large pot, add salt and sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.

Add the chopped pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.

Now add the beans, pour in the oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
